Olá, Hola, Hi!

We’re Beto Fernandez and Paco Conde.

A Brazilian and a Spaniard, an art director and a copywriter, a Corinthians fan and a Real Madrid fan. From the land of Samba to the home of Flamenco.

Our journey began in 2012 at Ogilvy Brazil as Executive Creative Directors, leading campaigns for clients like Unilever, Coca-Cola, and the IOC. Together, we produced some of the most awarded campaigns in the world, earning Ogilvy Brazil Agency of the Year at Cannes.

In 2015, we swapped Brazil for London to join BBH as Group Creative Directors. There, we led campaigns for major brands like Axe, Google, and Mentos. Along the way, we won four consecutive pitches, including the global accounts for Absolut Vodka and Ray-Ban, as well as key projects for Google Music and Google Search.

By 2017, we traded London’s rain for the sunshine of California, joining Anomaly LA as Executive Creative Directors and Partners. We collaborated with brands like Beats by Dre, Diet Coke, PlayStation, and Diageo, while helping the office secure major wins, including Minute Maid, the LA Rams, and Odwalla.

In 2018, alongside Anomaly founder Carl Johnson, we launched Activista, a creative company dedicated to helping brands and organizations drive positive change. Our client roster included the United Nations, Absolut Vodka, Unilever, Molson Coors, Netflix, Ally Bank, Newman’s Own, Adidas, and Expedia.

By 2023, Activista had earned industry acclaim, being recognized as Ad Age’s Purpose-Driven Small Agency of the Year, while Fast Company honored two of our projects as World Changing Ideas.
